The Yanks are not done yet!

Breaking: The New York Yankees and GM Brian Cashman are on fire today making another trade to improve the ball club. After critics taunted Cashman for an "Non-Yankee like" past couple of off-seasons and trade deadlines, Cashman has responded with a great big Bronx Boom. Cashman has already made a deal for Ronald Herrera from the Padres. Now they have made a deal with Minnesota to get outfielder Aaron Hicks, who had a really good 2015.In exchange the Yankees will be sending catcher John Ryan Murphy. Murphy had a break out 2015 showing that he can call a good game behind the plate and he can hold his own up at the dish. Murphy in 67 games batted .277 with 3 homers and 14 RBI's.Murphy also threw out 28% of the runners who attempted to steal on him. The league average last season was 30%. Hicks in 97 games batted .256 with 13 home runs and 33 RBI's while also swiping 13 bases and only getting caught 3 times. Hicks is a young outfielder that has his best years ahead of him as he is only 26. This also could open trade doors for Brett Gardner, and can also foreshadow the bombers not re-signing Carlos Beltran after this season. This also opens the door for Gary Sanchez who has been on fire in the Arizona Fall League and also last year play for the AAA affiliate having a .349 average with 6 homers and 26 RBI's. Sanchez also bats from the right side so if he is in fact the backup he can bat against left-handed pitching. Should be a very interesting month leading into the Winter Meetings on December 6th and an interesting end of the day with Cashmans' phone  is on fire.
