Week 9 Thursday and Sunday Game balls

Week 9 was a very explosive and exciting week of football. It started with a good game in Cincinnati with the Bengals winning 31-10. Johnny Manziel had a very good game even though the Browns lost Manziel showed a lot of promise while he was out there. Manziel went 15/33 for 168 and a passing touchdown. Johnny Football has looked very impressive and explosive when he has opportunities this season. However, my Thursday game ball for Week 9 is Andy Dalton for his officiant passing and his 3 touchdown. Dalton went 21/27 for 234 and those 3 scores. Dalton and the Bengals looked a bit shaky in the first half but roared ahead in the second half scoring 17 unanswered points to take the victory.

For a very busy Sunday with a ton of scoring all over the place and a very entertaining Shootout Sunday Night Game in Dallas coming down to an overtime period. Delanie Walker went crazy down in the Big Easy with 7 catches for 95 yards and 2 Touchdowns. DeAngelo Williams had 27 carries for 2 scores with also 2 catches for 33 yards and a 2 point conversion. In the same game on the other sideline Derek Carr went 24/44 for 301 and 4 touchdowns in a classic shootout in the Steel City. My game ball though is Jay Cutler for his showing on Monday Night Football. Cutler struggled early on fumbling and throwing a Pick 6. But in the second half Cutler led a 4th quarter comeback and finished 27/40 345 yards and 2 touchdowns.
