Thursday, Sunday, and Monday Game balls

Long crazy week of football. It started in Jacksonville Florida with another ugly color rush game. Tennessee couldn't really get anything on offense through out the whole game. "Super Mario" Marcus Mariota did everything he could with two hundred and thirty one yards passing and was 22/35 while twenty nine yards on the ground with the Titans only touchdown. The Titans most recent top pick has been everything that Tennessee needs for the future, the Titans just need to get some weapons around him. The Jaguars first round pick in last years draft Blake Bortles had another good week and keeps growing into a very nice NFL Quarterback. However it was a second year player on the defense Aaron Colvin who made the biggest difference in the game and is my Thursday game ball. Colvin was tied for the second most tackles with seven and he had a huge sack on Mariota. Colvin is a defensive back and showed that he has some game guarding the Titans Dorial Green-Beckham pretty much the whole game and holding him to forty yards on only three receptions.
Sunday it was all about my game ball, "Famous Jameis" Jameis Winston. Winston who has been criticized ever since his National Championship and Heisman Trophy season. Winston had impressive college career and his team the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have been hounded for picking him first in this past years NFL draft. Winston proved everyone wrong on Sunday with his performance in Philadelphia. Winston was 19/29 for two hundred and forty six yards and five touchdowns in a 45-17 pounding. This is a good growing point for the young Winston let's see if he can continue next week on the road in Indianapolis against the Colts.
The Monday Night Brawl between familiar foes Rex Ryan and Bill Belichick in New England. Tom Brady had another surgical type performance against Rex Ryan's defense. Brady had two hundred and seventy seven yards and was 20/39. Tyrod Taylor was impressive as he led the Bills offense pretty well against a hostel crowd and a tough defense. LeSean "Shady" McCoy ran all over the Pats as he had eighty two yards on the ground with Buffalo's only touchdown. Whoever a no-name running back James White had forty six all-purpose yards with two touchdowns and was the difference in this game. White, like Dion Lewis came out of the blue and produced on Prime-Time in a big game.
