ALL of Week 2's Game balls

Very late game balls
*I want to apologize for not getting these game balls out on Friday and Monday morning respectably. School work comes first and I have been very busy as of late. But, I think you can tell due to the fact that I am getting this out to you late Tuesday night/early Wednesday morning. I will do my best to get the game balls out for their respective games the following morning the best I can but this is a disclaimer if it doesn’t happen in the weeks coming up.*

The Thursday game ball is going to Jets quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick. Fitz threw for three hundred sixty- four yards and one touchdown in a dominating offensive performance in Orchard Park last Thursday. This was Fitzpatrick’s first win over a Rex Ryan led team or defense in his last eight starts now improving to 2-8 against Rex. This is a game the Jets desperately needed as falling to 0-2 would not be good in a close division, on top of the fact that the Jets would have given life to a dead Buffalo Bills team. Ryan Fitzpatrick congrats and keep up the great work!
Moving on to Sunday’s games where it gets just a little trickier… Some great games, and not so great games. For example, the Detroit Lions and Tennessee Titans game was a fantastic game to watch as was the Colts and Broncos. The Cardinals and Bucs game or Panthers and 9’ers on the other hand not so much. With that said, I am going to give my game ball to Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Matt Ryan. Mattie Ice was 26/34 for three hundred and ninety-six yards three touchdowns and one lone interception. Ryan had to force the issue in this offensive shootout in Oakland and had a performance that many fantasy football owners would come to like. Not only that but Ryan gives life to a team that many has written off due to the incredible difficulty of their schedule, myself included. Ryan also proven to his haters that he is worth top QB money and can play with the best of them.
Finally, Monday Night Football, which for the second straight week was a snooze fest. This week we had the pleasure of enjoying the Philadelphia Eagles travel to Solider Field to take on the Chicago Bears. The Bears proved that they are a team in disarray with Jay Cutler and John Fox pretty much cementing their spots on other team or retirement next year. The Eagles are still going strong with rookie Carson Weintz in at quarterback. The second overall selection is this past April’s draft has looked good for a kid from a Double A school. Without further ado my Week 2 Monday Night Football goes to Philadelphia Eagles cornerback Ron Brooks. Brooks led the team in tackles, with five, and also forced one of the two fumbles that further secured the victory. Hopefully next week we will have a better football game in New Orleans with the Saints and the Falcons but I am not expecting much.
